Snap Review of Observe and Report

Seth Rogen is up to it again, but this time he teams with director Jody Hill. Hill brings us a unique and dark comedy, something that most of us were not expecting. The down and out loser mall cop takes matters into his own hand when the mall he works at is the victim of a series of attacks from a local pervert. His bipolar personality swears to do whatever he can to protect the mall and to be the local hero he knows he can. Working off shock and awe gags in this dark comedy, it will leave an impression on you. I liked the movie, didn’t love it. It doesn’t have the same one liners and quotes you may expect, but what it does have are reactions to situations you may not have been expecting, and because of it lies the humor.
