The Las Vegas Abductions download

So we all played with these little figurines back in the day. In fact, the TV show became pretty popular and inspired many 8 year old Halloween costumes.  I may or may not have been a G.I. Joe at least once in my life. That costume is stashed away next to the Ghost Busters Proton Pack.  Anyways, the new movie debuts today and I have to be honest, I have not heard much about this movie at all.

Starring the up-and-coming Channing Tatum, Dennis Quaid, Sienna Miller (who is bad in this movie), and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, G.I. Joe is set to the hit box office with a not so big bang.  Other than the marketing campaign, I have not heard much of anything.  No verbal buzz, no anticipation, no nothing really. This might be one of those movies that generates no opinion at all. And, that does not translate well to the Box Office.  However, I do think the trailer is cool.

The beginning of August is the Sci Fi action section of the Summer, with this movie and District 9 coming out next week.
