Did you know that THE TOURIST scribe Christopher McQuarrie made his first splash in Hollywood by writing the screenplay for THE USUAL SUSPECTS in 1994?  McQuarrie’s career was relatively quiet and uneventful until recently, when he was called in by his old pal and directorial collaborator, Bryan Singer (THE USUAL SUSPECTS), to team up on VALKYRIE. 

Since then, McQuarrie has been hired to write many high-profile projects, including Darren Aronofsky’s THE WOLVERINE (with Hugh Jackman starring) and TOP GUN 2.  Fine by me.  Anyone who was behind THE USUAL SUSPECTS is a winner in my book.
