A mere three weeks after ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ has been in theaters there is already talk at Warner Bros. about rebooting the Batman franchise as early as 2016! What?! I didn’t expect that just because Nolan was finished with his Batman trilogy we would never see the caped crusader on the big screen again, but I also didn’t expect there to be reboot talk this early on. I guess this shouldn’t surprise me considering the recent Spider-man reboot?

So what exactly will this one be about? It appears it won’t be an origin story and will follow Batman’s 2nd year of crime fighting and could potentially just be titled ‘The Batman.’ That’s not the only big news, apparently there is talk of a Justice League film as well! This would feature Henry Cavill as Superman (hot off the heels of ‘Man of Steel’) and Batman together, now that is something I can get excited about. While I am not jumping for joy at the thought of a new Batman film already, it looks like they will be attempting to go a different route with it and I can’t complain about that. Not to mention a Justice League film similar to ‘The Avengers’ would be absolutely fantastic don’t you think?

But the real question for you Banters, who should play the new Batman?!
